Yay, I'm glad your visit to the warm weather was a good one! Dinner sounds scrumptious. I love those kinds of leftovers.
It's so funny because on the news tonight they talked to the guy who is here to broadcast the Seahwaks game tomorrow and he was whining HARD. He's from Florida and he said he only owns 2 pair of long pants, lol. I though of you and @Seleya when he was talking. to be fair, it;s snowing all around us (but not on us, unfortunately) and it won't get out of the 20s tomorrow. I kinda felt bad for the guy, but he;s only here through tomorrow so he will live. My son was actually supposed to come home from the Marines. His actual release date is in February but he saved up his leave time and he was just going to spend his last 2 months home. He will still be home a little bit earlier than his release date but not nearly as early as we were hoping. It's a blow, but I know I will see him in about 36 more days.

All 10 of my items were Kitchenaid stand mixers, lol! the one I won is Crystal Blue. It looks like a really pretty aqua in the picture and I hope it;s the same color in person. 8 of the ones I had were pink and I had this one and a gorgeous plum colored one, too. This one is the exact model I would have chosen if I were able to just go get any one I wanted (but of course I would have chosen the Susan B. Komen pink one if I was buying, lol!). It comes with the pour shield, the wire whisk, the dough hook and the flat beater so I will have lots of things I can do to get to know it through the next year. I have already decided that if they do another black friday doorbuster somewhere for attachments I want the spiralizer and probably the meat grinder. My husband is just shaking his head at me. He doesn't actually believe I will get it, lol!

Very pretty!! That is the same one that I have only mine is in onyx black. I have the food proccessor, ice creaam maker and juicer attachments. I am going to get the spiralizer and the pasta attachment. (the one that makes penne etc type noodles, I already have a marcato pasta press for spagetti, linguini and ravioli so I am not going to buy that one for the kitchenaid.

So there's an attachment for making penne?? That's so cool! I have a feeling my prize is going to cost me in the long run, lol.
