Yeah, I don't think remarrying will absolve him of his responsibility for child support. If she does move away such that he can't see his child, he does have an argument of either:

1. blocking the move, or
2. reducing his support

Almost caught up with my shows.....just halfway done and two more shows to watch. Tuesdays are such bad days since all my favorite shows airs on Tuesdays.

NCIS, NCIS New Orleans, Flash, Agents of Shield, Fresh Off The Boat. And this season I also started watching Married At First Sight. These are all on Tuesdays. I got a late start watching tonight because I had to go buy groceries and then make dinner. So we ate nearly around 10 and I didn't start watching TV until nearly 10:30.

With all of the channels putting their shows on the internet for streaming, you don't even really need cable anymore.
