I'm tempted to get one. I played around with the demo one they had at Best buy and it is really cool. Although the promotion is you get to choose between a 256 MB card and the VR headset. I actually bought my phone like 2 weeks before they started the promotion, so I can't get anything. If I were to choose, I would go with the 256 GB card since it is worth more (~$150 versus $100).I thought you upgraded. I am suuuuper tempted to do my upgrade early and go with the S7 Edge. The reviews of the camera have me sold on it. Plus I could get a VR headset if I upgrade right now and I neeeeeed one.
At this point, I would say you should wait for the S8. There will no longer be a regular model and an edge model, the S8 will come with dual edges. They will also be adding the iris scanner of the Note 7 as well as upgrading the display to a 4K display, which will help to make VR even more realistic. All the rumors point to a vast improvement to the camera, especially in low light, by introducing a f/1.4 lens.
Day after I got out of hospital (48 hrs after surgery)... went to take garbage out and wind caught the door and slammed it so hard the lock caught. My screened door on patio (2nd floor) wasn't locked, so got a neighbor with a ladder to hold it while I ninja'd up and over. My in laws were going to be coming to check on me, and they would have freaked and called fire dept to bust the door in, then forced me back to the hospital. NO!
Finally scraped up enough amazon gc to get my headset. Yay! Now I just need to get the sprint nonsense taken care of and get my crius tank and I'll be set for awhile.

Ugh, now it's even harder to decide! I am super happy with the specs of the S7. I can upgrade for reals in December or January, so maybe if there's a great holiday bundle I can do it then. You can actually get the VR headsets refurbished for $50 right now. So tempting....
I was looking at the Crius. I need to figure out something to spend my $20 credit at Gearbest on that one and the ACE tank are both on sale. I want to try those ceramic OBS coils. I am also looking at the Limitless XL. I can't decide, tho.
Yay!!!! Wow, what a relief to finally be done with chemo. He has had a really rough road.

EEEK! My Fuchai tracking updated! It's scheduled to be here on Saturday but it has already left California. There's a chance I could actually get it on Friday!! But Saturday for sure. I hope.
Yeah, I feel so accomplished doing all by myself haha. 100$ is really hard to save on amazon, so many temptations, kept looking at my wish list like well..I could get this & this now..and save more later for the headset. All the problems with the one I have now really pushed me to stay strong.
The cloupor soldering did not hold. Hubby took it to work with him today to work on it to do a more permanent fix on it.

That's definitely an accomplishment!! I totally agree about it being virtually impossible to actually save up for something on Amazon, lol. They have all of the things!!
