Of course they did! Sigh. I should know better than to even try to plan for any kind of promotion or upgrade when it comes to my phone. Who knows what will be on the market 3 months from now? Lighter with a bigger screen definitely sounds better to me. I am afraid to go try one out at the store because then I will probably just obsess over it, lol. They redesigned the Samsung VR headset so if I get one, it will be one of the new version. It is supposed to be lighter, more comfortable, and have a larger field of view. You can tell the old from the new because the old version is in white while the new version is a dark blue.
Yeah the Oculus one is really expensive! I guess it's also really amazing, but is it 5x more amazing?? I would love to compare them. Or not. Knowing me I would definitely neeeed the more expensive one, lol! They redesigned the Samsung VR headset so if I get one, it will be one of the new version. The price isn't bad considering that the Oculus headset is something like $500 or $600.
I saw 1... now watching 2...Nope. I watched the first season and struggled through 2 and by the end of season 3 I was all done. I like scary/creepy/suspenseful but that show is just something else entirely, lol!
Prepare yourself...I saw 1... now watching 2...
Lol...a whole years worth?Again? Sweeet! I need to stock up on my Autumn Spice for the year. **happydance**
Lol...it's pretty gruesome so far!Prepare yourself...
Haven't really had a chance to sit down and play with it yet. Hopefully things will calm down by the weekend.Hey Nikki, how's that Cuboid going for you!
Oh, sweetie...I'm sorry. I'm sure it's been a tough week on him.Haven't really had a chance to sit down and play with it yet. Hopefully things will calm down by the weekend.
Been doing a bunch of yard work so my back is angry. The guy we were paying to do it quit, but we were paying him more than he deserved anyway, so I'm not too upset.I think I've decided to get rid of the giant bush by the mailbox. It grows like crazy and is too much of a hassle to keep trimmed. Not really sure how to go about getting rid of it, though.
Talked to my dad on the phone tonight. Was a little painful. Normally when I talk to my dad on the phone, he can talk forever and the calls never last less than 45 minutes. This time he could barely manage to talk for 7 minutes and was crying before we hung up.![]()
Oh, and ask to borrow John..he needs to d some yard work, too...lolHaven't really had a chance to sit down and play with it yet. Hopefully things will calm down by the weekend.

The thing is the different headsets are made to work with different devices. The Gear VR is so cheap because it really just uses your phone as the screen and fancy technology to make it look VR. It doesn't require as much feature wise as the other headsets and it is limited to what your phone can run. Ones like the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive are meant for gaming. I really want the HTC Vive. It's Steam's version of a VR headset, but it is also the most expensive. It has fancy handle controllers and I think they are working on making a palm controller. It is only limited by what your PC can handle, and if you have a well-built gaming PC then it can handle pretty much anything, lol. The Vive is better than the Oculus because the Vive lets you play in a controlled space, so you can actually move around in a room and it will recognize it. With the Oculus, you just use like an Xbox controller.Yeah the Oculus one is really expensive! I guess it's also really amazing, but is it 5x more amazing?? I would love to compare them. Or not. Well, 9 months' worth. It will hopefully be around for the next couple of months but I don't want to have to run out!Lol...a whole years worth?
Wow, busy lady! Too bad were not neighbors. I'd take care of that Bush for ya. I seem to have this amazing ability to kill any and all plant life with a single touch.Haven't really had a chance to sit down and play with it yet. Hopefully things will calm down by the weekend.

Ugh, that's heartbreaking!! He must still just really feel awful. I really hope he starts feeling better soon. I can't imagine how hard that was for you.Haven't really had a chance to sit down and play with it yet. Hopefully things will calm down by the weekend.

That would be handy. I broke my hedge shears trying to cut that bush down haha.Wow, busy lady! Too bad were not neighbors. I'd take care of that Bush for ya. I seem to have this amazing ability to kill any and all plant life with a single touch.you should see my yard.
Heck I would probably be impressed with the Google cardboard one, lol! I do want one that will grow with the technology, though. I think it would be awesome to sit in the stands at the CLink and watch the 'Hawks whoop some poor other team and stay warm and dry while doing so! I might even start going to concerts again! I'm not a gamer but I might just start playing if I can be IN the game. The thing is the different headsets are made to work with different devices. Here's a video of someone using the HTC Vive.
