Yup, actually today i feel like someone hit the inside of my right knee with a baseball bat repeatedly. Where we are cutting is very loose rocky soul, so you fight to keep your balance as you cut and walk

You need to let it rest up a bit

So while looking online at houses I've come to a few conclusions.

1. Not only am I not adult enough to buy a house, I am not old enough to buy a house. Literally every house I have liked ended up being 55+ community.
2. HOA are stupid. They want like $600 a month to do my grass and take my garbage.
3. If the ad I am looking at doesn't say anything about HOA fees or lot fees, it probably still has them. Same with being 55+

That last one is because I found this little house and I loved it. Everything was completely redone and it was a feasible price. I checked the realtor website and it was both.

That IS adorable!!! We have an HOA of about $350 a year, but it really doesn't cover anything except pool upkeep...lol...and they love sending hate mail if your grass touches the curb!

$350 a year wouldn't be too bad. When it comes to that much a month, it is ridiculous, though.

Like the one I just pulled up : "COMMUNITY FEES: $496.30/MO INCLUDES WATER, SEWER AND TRASH"

Looking at my current utility bill, I paid less than $80 for all of that this month. I have no reason to want to pay $500 for it, lol.

Our water, sewer and trash is all billed together...HOA doesn't pay for any of it

Where we live now everything is provided by the city. Kind of makes me want to stay in this city because it is easy and honestly not that expensive compared to the places we had when I lived in Georgia.

I love anyone that paints a room purple ( besides me)!!!!
I told hubby that no matter where we move, I am painting our office purple lol. (Since he works from home, we have to have an office room and I need the office to film my videos.)
