I noticed a lot of our old friends still here
I will have to remember how to post pics here but yes I have PLENTY of puppy pics!!
My initial post only glazed the surface of busy LOLOL
Hubby use to have a park ranger who worked for him at our last park. She took a posittion at this park and became the assistant manager. When the positition for manager opened up she called hubby and encouraged him to apply. We came up here to tour the park. Then he decided to apply.
He applied and within two weeks we moved here. (two weeks to pack up the entire house!)
In that time my BIL had a heart atttack. (he is totally OK now) but it was very out of the blue since he is only in his late 30's and very athletic and seemingly healthy.
Of course I had to go to my sisters to help with the children while he was in the hospital.
Then moving and unpacking and a lot of shopping for the house. Not even close to being done with that yet.
There is more like company coming and pet sitting (which turned into two months!)
I am going to remember how to post pics and show some of Rio. (and Hookie!! They love each other)
Sorry to hear about BIL...but glad he's recovered! I don't envy having to pack up a house, though. I moved to TX 7 weeks ahead of Jim, he was supposed to be packing up stuff...uh, nope...I flew back and we basically had 2 days to pack. Never again!!!I noticed a lot of our old friends still here

I really do like the new park. The area is definately different than Bradenton! The town is only 3 miles squared with a population of 800. The only store beyond a couple of convenience / gas stations is Dollar General LOL There is a hardware store and a liquer store (with a drive through! LOL) and two restaurants that are sooo disappointing! You would think small little southern town would have a great southern restaurant.
Since I can cook and my new house has a nice kitchen with new appliances that I picked out.. I can deal with no restaurant close by.
If someone is willing I could email or text a couple of puppy pics? Maybe you can reducethe size and post?

I have an app called "resize image"...o can access my photos or take a pic and resize and save it from there.
I grew up in a tiny town like that...but it did have ONE good restaurant, but it was for tourists coming off the river and ridiculously overpriced! Lol...had a good ice cream parlor, though.
