I'm taking it easy/slacking this year costume wise. Going as a iZombie zombie. White wig, a little makeup, and I'm good to go

I've been lucky to work with some amazing docs, and nurses. I don't know for sure what happened in this case… But I know that mistakes were made. He was not even treated by a doctor some nurses took it upon themselves to treat a three-month-old baby in cardiac arrest without a doctor there.

Oh wow, I can't even imagine how emotional this is for everyone involved! That's horrible.

I'm so impatient. Hate waiting on stuff to dry. I swear it feels like I've been working on our Halloween costumes forever, but it's only been 2 weeks.
So excited to finish them and take pictures, though.

Can't wait to see!

We do not have a Walgreens either! Have to go 30 miles in one direction or the other for Walgreens or Publix or Walmart or a restaurant worth eating at. I have learned to love Amazon.

About the baby.. didn't the EMT's treat him first on the way to the hospital?

We have a Walmart, but that's the only all-in-one store we have. I would KILL for a Target, lol! But yeah. Amazon rocks!!!

Her hubby found an attorney.... a few calls were made, and Brandon was able to pick up medical records. He's on his way to the ME for all records from autopsy up to this point. After they both get home, they have asked if I'll go over them with them. Everything will be scanned in and emailed to me...and then we'll go through them page by page together tonight. I feel like I'm about to go down the rabbit hole...

Wowww, that's not going to be fun at all. I feel so horrible for all of you. I really hope you get some answers tonight. I'm praying!!

I sneak out of class 3 hours early to go back to my room to relax.........and they're doing construction on the floor right above mine. I have been listening to them using either a jackhammer or an impact driver/hammer nearly nonstop for the past hour and a half. The front desk says that they're supposed to stop construction at 5 pm.

UGH! I hope you aren't paying for that room!

One of them is only a couple of years old. I was shocked when they moved into a brand-spanking new building from their prior location. The two stores are only about a mile apart!

Going through them… Seems like protocols were correct and Drug doses were correct ...they do have the wrong weight on him but the drugs that were given we're not weight based. some of the times are off… But he did have a pulse in the emergency room he was alive, but at that point they said his pupils were blown and non-reactive which would indicate brain death

I got the Freemax Starre Pure tank today! I also got a couple of packs of coils with sleeves, but there are no markings on the packages so I don't know if they are both ohm units or not. The one that's in the tank is coming in at .3 ohms, so I am thinking it's the .2 ohm coil. The top cap was a royal bear to get loose but I finally coaxed it free with a small pair of needle-nose pliers. John's right. The coil has a tiny bit of an aftertaste but the juice flavor is very pure and delicious. I have Hold The Door in my tank, which is a yummy banana moon pie flavor, so it stands to reason that I will notice any kind of of flavor with this juice. Best part of all is that my abalone drip tip fits in it. Woot! I am probably going to have to order this tank in black. I love the size on my Hotcig!

She disovered him minutes after the initial event, so with her CPR and all of the other interventions it truly does sound like there was nothing else that could have been done for him. I hope that this news gives them some measure of closure, however small.

I'm going to look up ACLS protocols in the morning...i can't remember all of the other dosings...I think everything looks ok, except the doc lied about being bedside when they brought him in...the code run sheet shows she didn't show up until about 20 minutes later

That's kind of a big oversight! Bedside vs 20 minutes later. Seems she would have remembered that when she dictated...
