Nicotine actually helps I've heardI know, it really is heartbreaking. I watched my friend at work go through it with her dad, who lived 50 miles away. She had to leave work a few times because he would call and say there was a fire at the house, stuff like that. He got kind of mean for a short period but it didn't last long. He eventually was accepted into a facility and the change really mellowed him out. She said he was like a little kid toward the end but was always wistling and singing. I really wish they would hurry up and invent a cure for dementia.

Eh, it's all good. Not that I feel a whole lot better, but FedEx never showed up with my gear today.

Rio is defiately better today. He is putting more weight on his paw today.
Today is just a low key day. I cleaned yesterday so I am just going to figure out what I will make for dinner and that is about it
Low key was the order of the day for me, too. I did call my doctor and report that I most likely have influenza because I know the county tracks that stuff. I did get a flu shot but apparently I caught one the shot doesn't cover. Of course, right?
