I'm a little stumped . Since I started vaping with my little chuck I've noticed several differences, but one in particular...

I vape with a 510 atty and with the stock batts I always got good vapor and decent TH. With the chuck @3.7 I get plumes and killer TH.

If I am correct, the 510 batts are 3.7v and I vape my chuck @ 3.7v, so how is the difference (other than batt life) so incredible?

If I have to use my stock batts (like on new years), I get no TH at all now...it's like puffing air.
Not that I'm complaining...I love my chuck and can't imagine vaping without it.

It has to do with battery capacity. The stock 510 batts have a capacity of 180 mah (milliamp-hours). Lets say you are using a 18350 in your little chuck. It has a 1200 mah capacity. Because it has a much larger capacity, the voltage does not drop near as much when you press the button (put that battery under load) on your chuck as it does when you activate your stock battery.

I want to verify this with a digital voltmeter, so I can actually see what the voltage drop is, but in order to do that I need a spare battery connector and spare atomizer connector so that I can measure the current that flows and the voltage of the battery with and without the load. Someday I will make a test jig for this.

The other thing is that your chuck battery will last much longer (as in you can recharge it many more times) than the stock batteries. This is because the rapid discharge (relative to capacity) of lithium ion batteries severely shortens the life of the battery. The stock batts are made to fail if you will.

AND another thing..I really am .... on some things.
Upon ordering a Carlos Juice-Box is the actual money staying in my hands until shipment is ready. Or, Do they get to play with my money while waiting for delivery?

Legally speaking- I would assume that the Credit Card is a hold and would not be charged until shipping.
But then, I don't assume anything.

Sorry

AND Thank You for that great answer. Makes perfect sense to me now!

The funds are paid at the time of order.
