Measuring Resistance

I don't have a mod to measure resistance but I do have a multimeter. I'm able to measure a 510 carto just fine. Lead on the inside and other on the threads. Background was .5 and read 2.3 ohms - perfect it was a LR carto with 1.8 ohms. However, I'm not sure where to but the leads for a kanger T3. Anyone know?

Same idea... Positve in the tiny hole in the bottom, and neg on the threads...

Sweet thanks. I'm reading 2.2 ohms for rebuilt Kanger T3, however, it shorting out my battery (1000 mAh eGo-T passthrough). Full charge, put on the kanger, press button, blinks a few times then turns off. I'm als using a tank at 1.8 ohms which works fine, not exactly sure what the problem is.
