I was referring to the switch on the original Vert. I could be remebering wrong, but I know somebody on another forum who had one and all this came up. It's been a while now though.

The one in the video I linked is the original Vert. This "somebody on another forum" was unable to unscrew the ball-shaped contact due to it having been stuck, and, IIRC, the person in question never tried to get in touch with Unicorn Vapes... they do seem to answer if you shoot 'em a massage on farcebook, though...

Contact Unicorn Vapes about your problem. There was an issue with the switch in the first run where the pin can become lose or maladjusted causing it to not make proper contact. They have corrected this issue in the last run and will most likely replace the switch for you or just send you a new Vert.
