mech mods that are cheapish and good - k100/101, magneto, nemesis clone, chi you clone

toppers I always say go with adjustable air flow for drippers - trident clone, helio clone or igo-w3
some tank style rebuildables also have air flow adjustable but I stopped using tanks a few months ago and Im not 100% sure whats out there thats worth while.

k100 is a good starter for around $30 but you will need a battery and charger if you dont have one already. A good dual coil that is easy to build on is the Phoenix V10 and it is about $20 from Altsmoke. It has adjustable air holes. For what it is worth they all have adjustable air holes... i drill them out till i like them. :)

If your planning on going sub-ohm make sure to read and research all the Ohm's law and battery safety stuff. Its important to know what amps your drawing and your batteries C rating. Have fun and be safe.

I have def been looking at the k100/101 lately. Right now I have an MVP2 and a SID. I also have an igo w3 that I built a dual coil .8ohm but I haven't fired it. I have 2 18650 batteries as well. I don't like the igo w3 because of how airy it is. Even when adjusting the airflow.

Try picking a size that feels most comfortable drawing on and close that hole a bit by setting it slight mis-aligned with the holes. also most people running .8ohm are doing so on a mech with fresh battery which would give at most 22 watts, with that much heat you need a lot of air flow and most will direct lung hit. That's pretty much my go to all day set up except I build mine single coil. To me the dual coil air flow is too open compared to one large hole.

Thank you very much for your outlook. I'll have to dabble with the w3 more when I get a mech mod. I know it will fire on my MVP2 but I'm not trying to ruin the mod so just waiting for a mech first
