Well is there a link to the hybrid conversion kit?
I was looking at the parts for the nemy/kayfun thing and I can't figure out how they could do anything usefull.

Yeah, that's what I meant; 3Ω ea of 3 coils in parallel would end up with 1Ω total for the build. However, I noticed that although there's four wick holes, and 3 negative posts counting one that is supposed to be an optional air control for the lower chamber (liquid?) it would be kind of awkward to try for a tri-coil build. The reviewers all mention U wicks as a possibility but saw none attempting them. Haven't checked Rip Trippers tho, but that guy is crazy! Next time he will vape a car suspension spring!!!Have you seen the concentric coil he did? LOL! He is the Salvador Dali of vaping...
PS, while I have your ear <g>, would you take a look at this? I'm searching all the netdom for info without success.
yes i have lol. he builds some ridiculous coils. i'm actually gonna try the dragon coil today
i would just go for a dual coil on that atty tho.
I think the 22mm thread will take over in a couple years;

The original Kayfun (not Kayfun lite) and the Russian (I think, never saw a real Russian) both have a reservoir under the deck. This gets a sort of bottom cap that finishes off the appearance and allows the 510 threads to come through. You then screw it onto any device you want. But since that cap can be removed and since the design of the Nemesis is a tube with threads at the top for its cap there's a happy coincidence. If you take a disc of metal with a hole in the middle where the 510 connector goes and it has threads on the outside that just happen to fit the Nemesis tube and other threads that fit the kayfun, you get a combination device which is switch, tube and atomizer. A hybrid device. No top cap, nor bottom cap on the Kayfun.
You can also get a bit tricky with the design of that disc, put 510 connector threads on the hole in the middle and just thread it into the top of the Nemesis tube. This is a semi hybrid.
FastTech offers kits for both. They also offer a dripper specifically designed to be a hybrid with the Nemesis. That's the 3D RDA dripper. Great dripper, I have one.

So I should the able to screw a kayfun 3.1 directly onto vamo or nemesis 22mm tubes, maybe?
Here's the link to the company that initially made these. Look at the Nem-1 video and it explains how the semi hybrid adapter works. The adapter works on devices that have the same thread pitch (distance between grooves) as the Nemesis which I believe is 20x0.5
