I'm thinking that the difference makes becomes more apparent in real life usage than anything can be displayed on paper. Wish I had made this thread a poll.

If you're new to coil building, a regulated mod is the way to go. You don't want your first coil you build to be a .005 ohm on a mech. You DON'T want to vape at 35 watts, lol. Get confident with building a 1.7+ ohm first then , if your super fancy, go lower. At least the regulated wont let you fire the .005. IMHO.
