mechanical mod with tank? rba with a vv

i've always wondered, is there any harm to the small coil heads of a tank system like kanger pt2/pt3, or an ismoka jumbo by using it on a mechanical?

also the other way - my friend has an evic and wants to put one of my rbt's on it. like a fogger or kayfun. i think that if i build it to be 1.3-1.5ohm it should be fine...just want to see what you guys have to say. thanks!!

I have a vv and run a rda on it from time to time. I tend to keep the ohms between 1.5 and 2.1 as my vv don't like much lower. As far as a tank on a mech it might burn the coil /fluid depending on ohms. Due to the fact that on a fresh charge your putting out 4.2volt.

i run a pt2 on my magneto from time to time not low ohms though like 2 ohm area but with regulated vv devices really low ohms may not register with the device and limit output voltage and stuff
