Hi everyone, it my first time posting. Been vaping for more than 3 months now.
Me and my friend are thinking of making a mechanical mod. Im hoping for some inputs on other things that we might overlook onto the things that will be done to the mod. So far this is what weve come up.

Silver/Silver plating for contacts -->Silver should be good as this is a more efficient conductor vs copper. downside is, silver is soft and it might get deformed if the mod is tightend hard.

Telescopic body (2 parts only) -->Were thingking of doing this because a telescoping mod can accomodate almost all type of battery without bringing a sleeve with you. Problem is, how to make a good looking telescoping unit.:D

Firing pin -->Magnets is our first choice but i've seen many people thinker with their mods. It would be a bad if the magnets come off and get lost. Spring is easier to source out than magnets.

Top Cap -->Standard 510 connections with air flow path for cartomizer. With self adjusting positive pin.

Any input would me greatly appreciated... Many Thanks...

LOL.....good luck.

Whats with the LOL? You must be one of those people who think you know it all. Making a mechanical mod is not rocket science. We will use a CNC for the project. If you dont have anything good to say just dont post a reply. Being a "ultra member" only means you post a lot. It does not mean you know it all.

nightbringer57,
That a good idea. Thank you very much.

bnrkwest,
Thanks for the concern, we do know what we are doing but we still guidance and been checking that and other disscussions as well.
