Can't blame a guy for trying . Thought I'd try to play the "fellow New Englander" card but those Mainers are tricky. Maine is it's own Republic, sort of like Texas. Their maps show Maine and then every thing else is just shown as "not Maine"...lol.

Can those who know explain how to adjust an adjustable 510? Is it pretty easy to do?

Penny, I'm assuming if it's anything like any other adjustable 510, then yeah you can simply use a screwdriver to raise or lower the center pin to accommodate any atomizers 510 threads.

I don't know Robert..... looks kinda fiddly, and it is a version one product. Everyone knows there are always problems with the first version. Also, all that money people just spent at Christmas.... I think people should wait for a bit until after a few of these are sold and the reviews start coming out before making the decision to buy one.

I'm confused over the wires in a mechanical thing. What purpose are they serving?

Wires or metal plates don't change the fact if it is mechanical or not. They both carry electricity. As long as the wire is thick enough there is no functional difference.

What make this mechanical is there are no electrical switches with low amp rated contacts and internals that can burn out. The switch is mechanical with two plates making contact that can carry high amp loads without heating up.
