Yes, they are 510 thread, but they have a skirt that covers the cone threads on an eGo. It will fit a 510(but look strange because of the size difference). I agree the eGomega attys are the best. BTW, the best price going is at myfreedomsmokes.com. They have them at $11, but the code "smoke" is worth 40% off. I just ordered 4 mega attys and a cone for $34 shipped.

It could work with an adapter, or the skirt of the atty might need to be "adjusted". It is not "supposed" to fit anything but the eGo/riva, so that would be uncharted territory on that mod unless someone else has done it. It has been done on other mods, so it "should" work, but no FHE here.

The milliampere-hour (mAh) rating is referring to the battery life. For more vapor, you need more discharge at once, so you would be looking for a higher voltage rating.
