so i've used dual coils for awhile on and off and recently decided to try the mega dual coils from madvapes, hold about 3.5ml of liquid, and these things are great, i use them on a new e-power and used one since i got them 7 days ago and it still works awesome, and i've been using liquid that normally burns threw my carto's in about 2 or 3 days. i decided to clean it and switch to a new one and just use that one once i go threw my other 4, it was starting to taste slightly burnt but after cleaning it looks brand new (it's clear) so my guess is it was just the juice build up on the bottom, posting this just to let people know how long lasting these things are incase anyone had any doubts. i wanted to try the ego dual coils but not sure how it would look cuz i'd need an extention on the e-power

Do they really hold 3.5ml of juice?? That is more than I have seen a DC hold. How big is this thing?? Are the one you were talking about the MadVapes 510 Dual Coil 1.5ohm's ?? They must be ALOT bigger around that a standard carto to hold that much juice. If a carto held 2ml of juice that would be a bunch of juice.

can't say exactly how much juice they hold but it is arround there, with the tip it's about as long as a riva battery and a little skinnier, not much though it's deffinetaly fatter then a standard dual coil and way bigger then a regular carto.

they are to wide for drip tips unless someone starts making special ones, i like the rubber tips though so that's a plus. i liked the regular clear dc's to but they kept breaking in my pocket when i was working because i'd leave it screwed into the battery and the tube would pop off the threading piece thing. especially after cleaning.

Iffy. With a full load, how long do they last before you have to refill? I switched to my second one (the first clogged after four weeks - cleaning didn't help much). The second one works like a champ, but after about 20 tokes, it goes to burnt taste. I'm pouring so much juice into these, it pools, even after sitting it upright for hours. I drain the excess back into the juice bottle. Same results though. About 20 awesome hits, and then the burnt taste. It only goes away when I refill it. Wonder if these coils are burning juice more rapidly than the last carto I used?

Thanks for the info. What is the name of the carto that hold so much juice???. Have you used a the cone over the the reg. DC clear carto's, that might help because it gives support to the carto's

Being a heavy vaper, a full load will last most of my vaping day. But to pre-prevent any burnt taste, I'll top off (maybe 20 drops) once or twice a day. I've yet to burn an eMDCC. I also vape three diff flav'd cartos daily, so my evaluation may be a bit skewed.

Regardless, this is the BEST vape I've encountered. I've been through carts, tanks and even a small bottomfeeder mod. An eGo batt with the eMDCC is all I ask for!

There are two decent reviews that may give you additional info; HERE and HERE. I also have a cleaning thread and evaluation HERE.

Hope that helps ya!

ETA: I may be going through a bit more nicjuice than with carts or tanks. But for the flavor, hit and vapor, I could care le$$. :2cool:

Thanks, found it on the MadVapes site. Dang it, it won't work on my E-Power.

I think this is the adapter you need as that carto uses the cone thread on an ego. The e-power cone probably won't fit over it, so it's going to look a little funny. 510 Battery to eGo Atomizer Adapter

The regular smok tech lasts me over two hours before refilling (~25 drops).

Dual Coil Clear Mega XL Cartomizer these are the ones i was talking about, not the ego ones, Shorty 510 Extension and Connector this is what you would need to use the ego ones on your e-power, i have to refill mine every few hours before the vapor n throat hit start to go down
I found them and they are a reasonably priced. I want to try those, and they say a Ego cone won't fit over it, but thats ok if it works good. It does look like the the Ego mega would hold the most juice, so maybe when I build up a little extra $$ I may try both.

That's exactly what I need, THANKS. Also thank you Iffy and speedemon for your suggestions.

The EMDCCs are great. My husband has been really happy with them and they are so much more pocket friendly than the clear dccs he was using. He's been thru about 8 of them so far with no burning issues. The only one he has had any problems with is the one he put a certain juice in (not sure I should say which one). It is a very good juice and was great in the carto, but after about 10 hrs, the draw got tighter and tighter till it wasn't worth using anymore.
