Mega Tank Problem

I recently got two new Mega tank attys (one from Liberty Flights, one from Totally Wicked) They both had the same problem of not dripping into the tank resulting in very harsh burning after a few puffs. After looking at the plastic tank dispenser I've realised that the little hole is being blocked by a kind of 'bubble' of liquid which stops it dripping. (if I blow the liquid from the hole it works again till it blocks again) Why should this happen? Would making the hole in the dispenser solve it? Or would it mean too much liquid comes out? Thanks

Are you pre-filling your cartos before you put them in the tank? If not, you need to.
If you are using thick liquid you may need to enlarge the hole or make an additional hole. I get little bubbles appearing from my lil mama tank on occasion. I've also experimented with more than one hole and not had any leaks yet.

No I believe he's talking about the T-tanks. When you pierce the tank...take it back out and slowly pry the excess plastic that was covering the hole and also make sure the atty walls are not bent

It sounds like you are referring to the eGo-T type A or type B tanks. Liquid that is too thick won't wick well and thin liquids tend to leak and flood. 70pg/30vg down to 50/50 seem to work well.

Filling the tank completely full will result in slow juice feed. Leave a bubble at the top to allow expansion and juice feed. Try pre-drawing a time or two without pushing the button to create a vacuum below the tank to induce juice feed before vaping. Some people do that after vaping to aid in juice replacement to the wick between vapes.

If that's not your hardware, then post a link to what you bought and the mix ratio (pg%/vg%) of your juice and we will work from that point.

Thanks for the help folks. It's a type C tank. I haven't filled them much. I've tried all sorts of mixes of various PG and VG and get about 10 puffs before it starts tasting burnt. The weird thing is I don't think it's caused by a 'bubble' anymore. Simply pulling the tank out and putting it back in again causes the juice to flow (for a bit) I just don't know why it keeps stopping....
