For the record, the 0.75 coils seem to have done the trick! Not the best MTL solution but this way I have a spare atom with cheap, decent, readily available coils. Hooray! Hope this will help any MTL lover that may bump in this kit. The box itself is really handy.

My Triton 1.8 coils arrived today, and one is now installed in my melo mini tank. In fairness, with the afc closed off, it does a good MTL impression - maybe like the Nautilus opened up.
At 7.5 watts, it's a pleasant, cool and quiet vape, if not an all day one. Still a bit airy for that.
Nice surprise though!
