Melo or Lemo Drop?

Hey guys, I can't really find the amount of opinions I'm looking for about the MELO for some reason. I see video reviews, but I want people that went out and bought it or that has no biased opinion because of sponsors, or people feeling obligated to say the merchandise is good because they got it free from a company.

So, straightforward, I'm getting a iStick30w for sure. Also a Subtank Mini. But I'm torn between the Lemo Drop and the Melo, because everyone says flavor is good in Lemo Drop, but I love the looks of the Melo/istick combo. Plus its cheaper. SO, I know these all have similarities, but I still want people's opinion!

I dont like too airy of a draw, I'm a mouth to lung and a definite flavor chaser. I will be dripping at home for my flavor, but me and the bf wanted to get two separate tanks for the sake of trying different brands/products.

I've heard you have to wick the Lemo just right. So, let me know what yall think!

I can't say about the Melo, although to me it would be down to whether I wanted to change coils, or build them. I do have the Lemo and Lemo Drop. 1st time using cotton instead of silica. No problems! Eleaf includes an instruction sheet...
On either, you should have a good range on the Air flow control, way tight up to way easy.

As far as price, yes the Melo is cheaper, but you need to replace coils. The Lemo's include enough supplies to rebuild many coils and wicks,

The Melo is a clearomizer with no dedicated option for building your own coils.

The Lemo is a rebuildable tank atomizer with no option for buying replaceable atomizer heads.

Kind of tough to compare the two. If you're interested in building, and looking for a tank that produces great flavor, the Lemo is pretty tough to beat.

I have the Lemo and the Melo. The Melo is easy to rebuild even though it is a cartridge coil clearo/glassomizer. In fact that's the first thing I did was rebuilt the cartridge to use KGD. And I just reused the original coil. Those vertical coil cartridges are huge. But I can say for a 30W mod you're going to want the Lemo. To get the same flavor density on the Melo you have to crank it to 35W or restrict the airflow so you can vape it at 30W. And if you restrict the airflow you might as well have the Lemo and comfortably vape it at 26W. Full open the Melo airflow is slightly less than the Silverplay and I have to run that at 40W+ to get the same flavor density.

The more air an atty flows the more e-Liquid you have to vaporize to get the same ratio of vaporized e-Liquid to air IE flavor density. As long as the coil temperature is the same, flavor is the same but not necessarily the same density. A lower density mix IE more air than vaporized e-Liquid tastes weak. Add more vaporized e-Liquid to the same amount of air and it gets rich. The taste gets more full or yummy. It is power that determines the amount of vaporized e-Liquid. So if you want the most unrestricted draw possible, that is going to mean a lot of air, then a lot of vaporized e-Liquid to get rich flavor and that means a lot of power. But beware, the amount of vapor produced at higher power to get same flavor density is ridiculous. You will want to cut your nic strength in half...or more.

Sorry i'm not going to be much help also. I do not have the Melo. I do have the Drop, and it is amazing. Super easy to coil and wick. My suggestion would be to switch the iStick 30w for the iStick 50w. especial if you are looking at these high draw atomizers. You will be running threw the battery super quick. The iStick 50 watt is $20.00 bucks more and you double your battery life. It's just a no brainer.
