Melting 901 Atty??

My 901 atomizer which i've been using on my vk manual..umm.. just started melting the plastic on the inside of the mouthpiece into the filling. I'm using the ptb mod so after a few puffs on a new filled mouthpiece the plastic melts into the ptb What am i supposed to do? This isn't making any sense and it wasn't doin it until today. I only have one good mouthpiece left 8-o

Is this maybe a problem with the kind i'm using?? has anyone had a problem with the plastic melting???

What I would do? Throw that out. Melting in most cases is never a good sign.

Do you have any backup equipment?

Welll refilling vk cartomizers has gotten kind of tiresome :/ I can still use the atty to drip but these mouthpieces are melting after one or two puffs and i feel it and the atty and it's not even hot.. ahh why dont they make them out of silicone instead i think the plastic these are made of is really cheap.. i got them from liberty flights :/
