In May/June I started the "quit smoking" adventure. I was smoking a pack a day of those little cigarette-sized Swisher Sweets. Bad, bad, bad. I tried Become-an-ex.org and they actually called me and sent me nicotine patches for free. I couldn't figure out the computer diary though and was substituting food for smoking. Also, for some reason, I just couldn't bring myself to stick one of the nicotine patches on my skin.
Sometime in June I came across the njoy site and decided to order one. I got lucky with my first e-cig. It worked; for a while anyway. But njoy back then took phone calls on the first try and sent you replacement parts, no questions asked, right away. They're still pretty good as far as customer service goes; no complaints. I have had very few regular cigs since I got my first e-cig. Probably been 3 months since I had my last cigarette. I have discovered if you're gonna be successful at this, you need more than one e-cig - at least two with a couple extra atomizers.
I now own one each of Njoy, ePuffer, MyEcig, and PureSmoker pen styles, and I just got my first PureSmoker mini. This e-cig thing has turned into quite a hobby, as I like to play with flavorings. Most of the time, I don't even need any nicotine. I usually have some low nic e-liquid in one of my e-cigs though. My addiction wasn't so nicotine-involved as it was the oral fixation thing. So I think that's why I've been so successful. I use them like a pacifier. Congratulations to all of you for quitting/cutting down on regular cigarettes!
