Nuck I am currious are you still vaping after your stroke and did your doctor have anything comments about it good or bad about your vaping before and/or after your stroke?

I didn't tell my doctor. I know I should have but I just wasn't up to listening to it and seeing the raised eyes etc. I was in the hospital for a few weeks and didn't vape at all during that time (was quite easy to stop). Since coming home I vape very lightly and I'm a bit nervous about the whole thing.

I take quite a few readings of my blood pressure daily at regular intervals so I have a pretty good baseline to judge by. Sometime this week I'm going to vape for a day while monitoring my pressure closely to see what type of impact vaping has on it. If all goes well as expected then I will discuss it in detail with my doctor.

I'll update with the results of the monitoring later this week.

I can't say I am surprise I dont think that Vaping is something that they are very familiar with. I dont think that I would have the patience for explaining it to my doctor or the looks. I am glad that you do plan on discussing it with him though as you want to be cautious about anything your putting into your body especially after a stroke.
One thing I will say that Nicotine can raise blood pressure, increase heart rates and constrict blood vessels. You might want to stay away from the higher mg juices if you're going to vape. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Just like caffeine..

So if the doctor said no coffee it would make sence no vaping. But if caffeine is ok, thats where I would really like to know the doctors opinion in that case.
