Memoery build up on the PCC?

I have looked and havent' found an answer for this one but I'm sure it's here somewhere.

I have the PCC for my Joye 510. If I charge it before it is completely dead will it build a memory in it like the Ni-Cad batteries do? I know I'm charging lithium batteries and logic tells me it won't but I want to make sure.

It's a Li-Po battery, so no it won't have a memory.
