I got mine at GoodProphets, Juicyliquid as well as many other places also carry them. You can also get solution where the crystals have already been dissolved which makes it a little easier to measure the amount if you're not familiar with it...a little goes a looooooong way. I just add the crystals directly to the juice and give it a day then I'm ready to go. Could probably get by with less time, I've noticed the crystals disappear in a few hours but I still give it a day.

Goodprophets is great, I don't think they have pre-dissolved menthol. I got some concentrated Menthol drops from OneStopDIYShop that is good. I am using the Flavor Apprentice Menthol Liquid. OnestopDIYshop is a great place to deal with also.
Juicyliquid has the drops but they are out of stock right now. AlienVisions....avejuice.com has them in stock and is a great vendor. You can also make your own drops with the crystals, there's lots of info on that in the DIY thread but I'd recommend just buying it if you want the drops.
If you warm your juice, ie carry it in your pocket for a while you won't need to dissolve them in alcohol if it makes any difference to you.
Alien Visions usually has it in liquid form. That's where I get it. I think they're out of stock right now. ttteliquids.com has it in stock in liquid form. So much easier to use than crystals.
