I don't think they would mix in a carto, but you can add it to your juice bottle and shake it. I would start with 1 drop per ml.

Is this how I should be mixing all of the flavors? I was just putting 5 drops of this and 5 drops of that in a carto and leaving it sit over night. Is that wrong? See....this is why this DIY stuff makes me nervous.
Another question I have is this.... If I fill a cartomizer with a flavor and I try it and do not like it, have I then just wasted that cartomizer? Ugh....so much to learn.
you can also put whatever liquid you want into the condom and use the condom fill method it will fill the carto quicker and distribute the liquid through out the carto's nicely.
What is the "condom filling method"? I know what the condom is but don't know the method. Ugh!!! So sorry to be such a pest, I feel like I am so overwhelmed with all of this.
A few things you have not mentioned in your post:
* Level of Nic you are using in your mixing?
* PG and VG ratio that you use?
* Device you use?
* Atomizer you use?
I don't know if I would mix AC with Coffee and cream and sugar myself but each individuals taste is different. I would expect the Cream and Sugar component to take away from the TH though.
What will add TH?:
* Higher PG percentage
* Higher Nic percentage
Menthol will add coolness to the vape but while folks may be fooled into thinking that it increases TH, it does not actually do that.
If I were mixing a juice for you, I would go with minimum 80% PG, 18-24mg Nic and Menthol flavouring (mixed with others) vaped at 3.7v with a LR 1.5 or 2.0 ohm atty.
If that don't do it for you, I don't know what will.

WHOA...that sure is a whole lot of information.
I am using a manual Vapor King all of my liquids are 12mg at 80pg/20vg with cartomizers. AC & Coffee with C&S is actually very yummy. I am really enjoying it. Thanks.

Throat hit comes from PG (70pg/30vg blend is the best I've found), nicotine (I like 24 mg), and proper wattage (a combination of your atomizer and battery).
Throat hit can also be simulated with flavorings like Cinnamon, Menthol, Spices, etc...

I hear alot about using menthol to give other flavors a kick. I haven't ordered any menthol juice yet. I think I'm going to but not in a hurry I hated mentho cigs.. I'm thinking some menthol in a tiramisu juice might be interestng... or any in fruit flavored juice.
If dripping different flavs in a carto together works for you then go with it~!

I use nicotene in a VG base at 100mg/ml (which is dangerous if ingested, or even if you get a lot on your skin, and it will kill an animal if they get into it), plain VG from walmart for diluting, and 2 flavorings; cinnamon and pear. The cinnamon is much more powerful than the pear flavoring so I mix 20% pear, 5% cinnamon.
10 ml bottle, we'll do 10mg so the math is easy
1ml nicotene (10%)
2ml pear (20%)
.5ml cinnamon (5%)
6.5ml VG (65%)
I use this calculator eJuice Me Up - e-Juice e-Liquid Recipe Calculator which is a free download and really helps take the guess work out of it. But all of that is kind of advanced. I started out mixing a dab of this and a drop of that at first too!

You can buy Menthol Crystals from lots of places, most E-liquid places that sell DIY supplies have them and so does Ebay. I make my own drops with them that I add to most juices and make my own pure menthol flavored liquid. Most of the recipes for Menthol drops call for pure grain alcohol which I can't get in VA so I have developed a recipe that is super easy and works well for me.
Fill a bottle 1/3 full of crushed menthol crystals (I use whatever is handy to roll over the plastic bag of crystals to crush them), add VG or PG until the bottle is half full, close the bottle and shake, sit bottle in a bowl of hottest water I can get from the tap (I used to just microwave it for a few seconds but I melted a bottle that way), let it sit there until I remember to come check it (ie next commercial break), shake and check if all crystals have dissolved, if they haven't refill hot water and repeat the sit and soak. When all the crystals are dissolved fill the rest of the bottle with vodka.
Makes good strong menthol drops and takes very little effort or supplies. Also very cheap to make.
