What brand did you smoke? What juices have you tried?

I am still new to e-cigs, so far the extent of my experience is limited. At this point I have tried a total of two flavors. First e-cig I tried was Green Smoke, menthol flavor. Not too bad and has great vapor, but more of a mint flavor than menthol.

The second flavor (mentioned in the post above) was the 'Menthol blend' from Liberty Flights, it is being vaped with a Joye 510 (standard batts, standard atty, standard carts), and that is the one I did not like.

A true cigarette clone is very hard to achieve, to do so you have to use tobacco extracts and not artificial flavoring. Although some may advertise that they sell extracts; unless it has a price of around 50-70$ per 15ml I assure you it is just not possible. We have considered dabbling with the extracts because the taste is unbelievable and you'll know it from the first hit, were just not sure that customers are willing to pay cigar-like prices.

To get an idea of why there is such a premium on an extract consider this... The basic recipe of a cigar consists of three long filler leaves (Ligero, Viso, and Seco), the binder leaf (usually Volado), and finally, the wrapper leaf, which is also the most expensive of the leaves and the price on that cigar depending on a few variables can reach 15+$, guess how many leaves it takes to make a 2oz bottle of legit flavoring. Now factor in the cost of the extraction, preparation and proper mixing process, licensing costs...

I assure you if our market get's to the point cigars are at your looking at a whole new world in vaping. Customers just are not ready to spend large amounts of money on juice yet, after all this is supposed to be a cheaper alternative (sometimes). Although some consumers would spend the money on premium juice the majority would not.

At Titan Vapors we are going to try offering extracts in the coming weeks however it's going to be at a very limited quantity at first to test the market, if it sells out fast we'll continue moving in this direction.

I think that's going to be good news to those people having difficulty transitioning from cigs to pvs.
