Menthol

Hiya guys, I need help. Been making my own ejuice for a bit now and I have now converted my mother off of analogs. She likes her menthol juice since she was a menthol combuster prior. I'm not a big fan. Where can i find a good menthol flavoring I can use to make my mothers ejuice for her. It can be just menthol or even a good menthol/tobacco would be great. I'm not looking to get too crazy with my own testing and mixing because this needs to be re-created fast and easy and consistently. Thanks for any suggestions in advance!

I like menthol and just bought a packet of menthol crystals, dissolved them in pure pg (crushing and all that craziness not required). Follow the instructions with the crystals and they dissolve fine with a little shaking. I find 10% in any mix I make fits the bill. You may find 15% or more may work for her, but it's easy to throw a little more into the mix, once you have a batch of crystals mixed up.

Get menthol crystals and mix it with PG. Do a search for "menthol crystals" will you learn all you want to know. I was a menthol smoker as well but really don't like the tobacco flavor. I mix a peppermint or spearmint or wintergreen or mint with menthol and Koolada. Koolada for the cool sensation. A little creme de mint to smooth as well

An easy way to add menthol is TFA menthol, which is simply menthol crystals dissolved in PG. Works well for me. I usually add one drop to each ml of juice. Perfumers Apprentice - Menthol Liquid (PG)

I like my crystals dissolved in vodka and I add peppermint to the final mix
I dry measure the crystals with a large syringe using ml. so for every 5 ml of crystals i add 1 ml of vodka except i do larger batches
typical batch is 50ml of crystals to 10 ml of vodka and it lasts a long time , only 3ml of this solution per 27ml batch juice x2 per 3 weeks roughly, even though only 10 ml went into the mix it yields much more closer to 60ml

I mix menthol crystals and Everclear 50/50 in a bottle and use it to add to unflavored nic juices or some flavors that I want a menthol taste added too. It is very strong so I am talking only adding a couple of drops to a 6 ml bottle. You may also get some Koolada. It adds the coolness of a menthol cigarette without adding a minty taste. I love it in my menthol. Good luck to you and a big congrats on help your mom. That is so wonderful.

I was a menthol smoker for over 40 years, post stroke, I gave up analogs and went on a quest for the perfect juice. (Had a stroke this last Thanksgiving) I was looking for a clean, sinus cleansing menthol with no tobacco flavor. See, I'm a menthol junkie anyway (love Halls cough drops of which I used while I smoked). I've only go a couple B&M shops in my area so I went on line in my quest. After blowing 100 bucks on this that and the other juice, I found VaporFi (VaporFi.com) having the best Menthol around. The juice is a 70/30 mix that vapes well, and leaves a clean after taste. You can choose your nic. level and you can add extra flavor hits (I get the triple shot). As an example of the power of this juice, as I was quitting analogs, I would occasionally grab an analog and light it up...I could taste the woody flavor of the smoke in just one or two hits...grab my PV and clean the flavor out of my mouth. If Mom was a menthol smoker...give this a shot. They also have a Menthol Ice that's got a slight vanilla flavor, I use that as my morning vape with coffee.

That is exactly what im looking for, (also LOVE Halls) I've been using Halo SubZero for the last year, i love it, but also open to try other options. Have you ever tried SubZero? if so, how does this compare?

btw: you are talking about "Mighty Menthol" correct?

I was smoking 2 packs of 305 Menthol lights.

I started with 18 mg Halo Menthol Ice. Too much Nic and too much Menthol though it Was a nice Menthol.

I found some 0 mg unflavored 50/50 here in town and brought the 18 mg down to 12 with that. The decrease is Menthol flovor just happened
to be Perfect too.

A pure, nice strong Menthol.

I use the Menthol flavoring at about 10% and a little Koolada about 1% to start. I have even added a little fruit aka strawberry etc.
