I see so many small businesses selling juice and PVs etc out of their homes or wherever. There's tons of websites to chose from but I only found a few with vegan juice which are expensive. There's only a small % of vegans, but hopefully it would help you beat the competition and in return bring prices down for vegan juice. Of course go through the process of certifying it vegan instead of just labeling it that for legal reasons etc.

using 100% veg glycerin would be vegan i suppose. as it comes from palm or nut oils.

but then again just about any juice falls under the "code"
and im sure many small vendors arent willing to put out the "fee" for the label and the certification process for a few dollars more as using standard ingredients that is readily available makes it acceptable anyways.

i dont mean to be a jerk here but you clearly outlined why no one is doing this. there simply not isnt enough demand for vegan "certified" juice to justify the expenses involved in obtaining said certificate. To then ask that they lower their prices as well borders on trolling. if you want "certified vegan" then pay for it, otherwise get to know your vendors and their ingredients, or DIY

Thanks Thrasher now I have some more useless info to add to my collection! Seems kind of silly to me as these are just chemicals not animal products but to each his or her own. I guess if you want to pay extra for a Vegan cert go for it. Me personally I prefer straight out of Gilbertes bath tub in to this hopefully somewhat sterile bottle for my vaping convince;-)

^ link :$120 annual fee for up to a $15,000 turnover sounds like a good business strategy if there's buyers. Vegan doesn't mean all natural. things can even be grown with animal fertelizer and be considered vegan, because there's currently no big commercial market for 'veganic' (vegan fertelizer + organic). Vegans who won't eat foods grown in animal fertelizer because veganinc isn't available or they can't afford veganic or growing their own doesn't produce enough, might become breatharians, which is basically crazy and bogus and think they don't need to eat.

Dose Vegan mean all natural or just no animals? I dont think PG or candy flavorings have animal stuff in them but Im pretty ignorant of what a Vegan is. I assumed some sort of vegetarian there seem to be different versions of them.

A serious vegan won't eat a candy cane because the dye probably comes from crushed up beetles. themoreyouknow.jpg

It seems like it's common sense to me that most animal derived ingredients are wildly inappropriate for e-juice to begin with, simply because by their very nature they would spoil. Avoid food colorings and you'll probably be fine, OP.

i just checked ECBlendflavors.com and while they don't have your fancy hipster certification, they state that their stuff is vegan. I trust them. A quick fling with this thing called google indicates that virginvapor and dfwvapor are vegan, too.

ECB and Virgin are both pretty well regarded around these parts, so I'm sure you could vape it up cruelty-free while you browse etsy.

Buzz, it means no animal products. Both PG and VG can be a problem. No idea about flavors or other additives.

Veganvap, I think I would try DIY'ing my juice if I were in your situation. Think it's also probably the surest way to make sure you are getting what you need.

If it's coming from someone's bathtub, does it really matter if the bottle is sterile?

if you move to DIY and use someone like wizard lab you can request a sourcing statement from them that will show you the certification of sterility, testing done for purity and source ingredients. just hope it wasnt made with machinery using electricity sourced from fossil fuels .....................
