Not sure if anyone else is having issues with their JS but I have read about a few switch problems which I too am having. My JS LED also randomly flickers red for a few seconds and turns off. I've had issues with fully charged batteries where the switch either doesn't engage or when it does getting a red led flashing. If I futz with the switch enough it eventually vapes but it's a major pain in the .....

but I got one this morning. I think it would be nice if they updated daily. I ordered from Vaporstuff, which is shipping the 501 right away. I will keep you posted and let you know when I know it.

I think it's more that the vapor isn't condense because the atomizer allows too much air to flow. I have juice that would give me a strong throat hit on a penstyle but not on the stick. Hopefully the adapter will fix this.

Firefox works fine with the site, are you running a firewall? Sounds like ZoneAlram or something

A total of 4 minutes passed between filing the dispute and receiving the refund. Very impressive. While I'm pleased with the lightning fast speed in which Janty refunded my money I'm disappointed it had to come to that. I can only conclude it takes less effort on their part to log on to Pay-Pay and issue a refund than to keep a customer apprised of the status of their order.
If anyone should inquire about a vendor that provides sparse customer communication, ignores emails, may never ship your order but provides lightning fast refunds, rest assured I know whom to recommend.

My last email from Janty was last week, in spite of emailing them twice this week. Since I had not received a reply I was left with no choice but to file a dispute with Pay-Pay.

Yes, that's normal. If the battery was full when you started vaping it take a few puffs and put it down. Watch it. After a little while the red light will switch off, which means that the battery is fully charged again. When vaping on passthrough the red and blue lights are on together, and just the red between puffs to show that it's still charging up.

Ok, I have my manual JS in hand and plugged in to the usb, all functioning well. I received an extra atomizer with a blank which I assume is for dripping ??? and 10 carts for my JS with attached plastic mouthpieces. How do I order more carts? I suspect the 10 carts won't last long with the use of my new JS. I'm confused and would appreciate any help. In addition to the JS, I have the Dura C with numerous carts and a few bottles of juice.

just refill with your juice and / or order classic carts, called kissbox carts on jantys site.
i bet with their new website design that comes next weeks it will be easier to understand.
the blank is not for dripping, its just a spare atomizer, just pop in a cart and go on vaping with it.

guys if you use yahoo mail make sure you check your spam folder for the confermations from janty. I order three times before i realized i had my spam folder set to automatically delete spam. I turned that off ordered the forth time and bam it was hanging out in my spam folder. jeesh what a night mare.
