I use this handy syringe for topping off. You get one when you order a bottle of ECOpure liquid.

I just load up the syringe for the day and I'm good to go. Also helps me keep track of how much liquid I'm using per day.

Thanks Zofryer, a JS with my name on it should be in the mail tomorrow. All these devises have their weak spots. Started with the DSE901 went to a Yeti 510 after a month. Can't decide which one of these I like better, they both have their place in my heart. I use a passthrough with both so battery life hasn't been an issue. Throat hit is my thing. I'll be waiting to see what the v2 and cameo brings. Honestly, I've got no problems with shrinking some larger heat shrink around a JS to keep the switch together, *if* need be, but the draw is really what gets me down. For many, this is a 'bonus' of the light draw. I think Ludo did mention something about a change to the draw in v2 somewhere in the Jantyusa forum threads.

PS@thread - don't take the above as a slam on the JS, it isn't. Just for what's important to *me*, I'm waiting to see what v2 brings.

Oh, and about running over your 510s

Yanno, the heat shrink idea isn't a bad one. It wouldn't interfere with the operation at all. I've only had it a week, and I'm not really seeing any issues with the button. I hope they don't change it too much in v2. I really like how it feels.

Honestly, the easiest way to modify the draw on this thing would be a purpose specific atomizer. It is just a battery case with a button. I doubt an atty mod to reduce the pull would be very hard. The promised 510 adapter would probably make it just about perfect if it happens.

I love my JS too, but my atty went bad in just one week I ordered some BE112's and I'm hoping I'll have better luck with them. Till they arrive, I'm back to my Dura-C. Anybody have any idea why my Janty atty died so damn fast???

Attys are crab shoot. Get a good one, it will last months... get a bad one, it goes bad in a day.

I have one 901 atty that's over 2+ months, still running great. On the other hand, one atty died in few days. Best idea is to have at least one spare atty at all time.

Around the time the thread ended coincides with the mod explosion from many different vendors and many new vendors cropped up. What you need to understand is the JS was a bit of a pioneer. There are a lot more mods to choose from now as opposed to back in early June.

I do appreciate your tenacity in trying to make an intelligent purchase though -- on this forum and others. =)
