I've requested a replacement atomizer to replace a broken atomizer under warranty. This is related to Order 2484.
I haven't gotten a response after an email thread with
orders@jantyusa.com explaining that I should send in the broken atomizer to the specified address in Texas.
I've sent the broken atomizer already and I'm waiting for a response. I have yet to receive a replacement atomizer and it has been almost a month.
I sent an email on May 13 asking Janty to send in the replacement atomizer-if they haven't done so already-along with my NEW order (PCC/USB passthrough), Order 4468. I have been waiting for a reply since then and will not send payment until I get a response.
I hope this can get resolved. Please advise if you can
