You might need a new battery. When they die the pass through stops working.

0. Check if the usb port is working - plug something in and test it, just to be sure.

1. Is the blue AAA-sized battery inside the black box?
If not, you should have a battery there. If you didn't get one with your order, contact the supplier.
And if it's there, proceed to 2.

2. Is it put the right way?
There's a + sign inside the black box. The + side of the battery should face that way. If it's the other way around, put it the right way.
If it's the right way, proceed to 3.

3. When you screw the battery shaped end on an auto switch, does the switch led blink 3 times?
If it doesn't there's something wrong with the passthrough. Contact the supplier.
If it does, it detects a current - proceed to 4.

4. When you take a drag, does the auto-switch led light up?
If it doesn't, proceed to 5.
If it does, proceed to 6.

5. Does the auto switch work with a normal (charged up) battery?
If it doesnt' there's a problem with the switch (or the battery wasn't charged up).
If it does, there's something wrong with the passthrough. Contact the supplier.

6. Does the auto-switch led blink 3 times after each inhale?
If it does, it means the battery is dying and you should get a new one.
If it doesn't, than it looks like everything's fine and it should work as well as a normal battery.

That shipping date probably applies if you order today. What ever it was at the time you ordered is probably what applies to your order.
