Oh, crap, here we go again.
The guy takes orders for merchandise he does not have.
He makes promises regarding delivery that he does not keep.
when faced with a complaint regarding him failing to make promised delivery dates and other types of slow responses he always turns it personal and naver takes accountability for what he does over and over again with no remorse.
I may not be able to get Ludo to fix all the shortcomings but at the very least I will continue to pester him till he at least changes the website to say a SHIPPING date and not a DELIVERY date. That alone is so misleading I really do not see how anybody could condone something that is 100% false. He has no way to assure DELIVERY dates unless he is going to start using 1 day or 2 day specific delivery.
So how about it Ludo. You give, you get. You give me a shred of integrity and chage the website to clearly identify your PROJECTED dates are for SHIPPING not delivery and they could be delayed. what you will get in return is me laying off a little.
