Mine wiggles too. I have to force myself to not sit there and wiggle it around because I know that this will make it more loose in the future.
Besides...what DW says is trues. The battery end of an atty is a hair bit wider than the cart end. If the hole on the stick was any smaller the atty would not fit.
Ya know...that DW just might know something after all. :p

Last Friday? Jeez. I ordered mine April 14th. Still waiting to even hear if they are being shipped to Janty. Psyched.

ordered what? all i ordered is a couple of batteries and a charger for a e-cigar/510 passthru... personally i know ruyandirect has these EXACT batteries in stock and my order from them got here BEFORE janty's and i ordered it AFTER i placed the janty order and they are in CHINA.... that's across the freakin ocean man...

@JANTY...you should have a more defined in-stock/out-of-stock system IMO.... I AM TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE...but hey i only spent 30 dollars or so... so you all probably dont even care... guess ill order some batts from ruyandirect and see if they can beat janty twice...LMAO:lol:

oh no i cant... chineese holiday of some sort... oh well... just please let me know when the batteries are in janty...

SORRY FOR THE RANT:-x

Peace

They are supposed to be redoing the site so it will more accurately reflect the actual stock they have instead of continuing to take orders for items they do not have in stock. The lack of communication on Janty's part will likely remain the same.

If you want to do business with Janty I would suggest getting very comfortable on this forum and start developing a relationship with JantyMod since he seems to be about the only one at Janty that has any clue about communication. It is probably a good idea to lower your delivery expectations as well since Janty seems much slower than most others.

Thanks, but I have a job. But I will gladly take some freebies for all the goodwill I am creating in these threads.............(Although I may be blowing that goodwill in the other thread I started, you'd need to ask Ludo about that)

I would like to be the first person to call your bluff. Please, cancel your orders. Move on.

This way, I can get my stick faster.

Thanks for listening.
For the record, I was not someone who threatened to cancel my order. As a matter of fact when it was suggested to me my reply was absolutely NOT.

Janty makes good products IMHO they just desperately need the two Bob's from Office Space to clean up the business side of things. I think they spend to much time on TPS reports and not enough time on customer communications.

thanks for the info waldo but i don't think i will ever be doing business with them again... no big deal some people don't care about their customers that are making them money... and it is those people who will fail in business...or at least they should, but the more and more i read, i think a lot of people are getting away with this crap in the e cig world...oh well... maybe i can help fix it...

Peace out Janty

lol I have no idea. I ordered my stick on 5/9 and have been waiting ever since. I got an envelope in my mailbox today and thought it was something else I ordered because it was so small. I didn't bother opening it up for few hours and when I opened it I was surprised. No box, just bubble wrap envelope with the stick, beltclip case, business card, usb cable, 1 atomizer, and 2 batteries. No manual, box, or cartridges.

I Have No Problem With My Atoms on My Stick, Heres What I Tried:

BestEcigs BE112 (Black & Silver)
Ruyans 801's (Older & new batch, Black only)
Parked 801's (Possibly Ruyans)
MyVaporStore 801's (Black & Blue Color)
VaporGuys 801's (Older Black & Silver)
4 Other Styles (Misc Colors & Styles)

All Above Atoms Fit & Work, u will hear the plastic cracking when putting it in same as inserting in the Janty Atom that came with it. I don't like the plastic cracking noise...

~Keep Vapin~!

Haven't received my stick as yet, but I would just surmise that the opening for the attys simply need to be reemed a tiny bit with a dowel and some 600grit sandpaper. No cracking noise would not be acceptable.
This is just a manufacturing little deal from the molds. No one has ever said, is the plastic common hard plastic or a polystyrene type???
