I just received a PCC yesterday, the reason i bought it was after reading the following from Janty's web site:
Note: The JANTY PCC works with JANTY DURA-C manual switched batteries!
When I put a manual batt in the charging slot of the PCC I can feel the button getting depressed but the LED on the battery just blinks(like it's supposed too) and does not stay on. I don't think it fits tight enough to fully depress the button and appears to be charging. I will need to test on completely dead battery to confirm. Has anyone else successfully charged a manual battery using the PCC? I like the case and I am hoping this thing works as advertised. I don't want to resort to DaDukes "slot mod"... :D

Recently, (OK... Today) I noticed a thread from another supplier offering Janty products. Duras, Kiss Boxes, Mini Foggers, replacement parts, etc. Are these actually "Janty" products or are they generic copies?
It was a supplier that I wasn't familiar with, but price wise, they seemed to be in line with both Jeff's site and Ludo's.
What gives?
Do "Janty sites" have an exclusive? Or are these other sites selling "The Real Deal"?

P.S. I wasn't going to mention any names, but their initials are "The Vapor Guys"

(Oops... my bad!..... tee-hee!)

Am I the only one that finds when I get a order sent from Jantyusa, I end up with part of what I ordered and a bunch of stuff I didn't order. I had a problem before where I ordered some chocolate carts for my KBC and ended up with two labeled oriental and two labeled chocolate. I sent Jeff a message and he did send me the other two boxes of chocolate (also said I could keep the oriental). yuck!
Today, I received my Dura-C (love it) and I didn't get my two bottles of liquid, I got two boxes of KBC carts in the same flavor.
Then my 10 boxes (maybe a little overkill on my part) of KBC chocolate medium carts arrived in low strength.
My tobacco flavored carts for the Dura were replaced with camel and MLB.
Kinda sad that I have spent over $600 in just over a month just with Janty.
I hope Jeff will fix this one for me again. As usual, I am awaiting his response to my email.

UPDATE: After filling out the form on jantyusa.com, I received a reply very quickly. I don't know if it was Jeff or someone else, but they are going beyond resolving the problem. Jantyusa appears to really try to take care of their customers once they hear of a problem.

May I ask how long it took for you to receive your order?

I'm new and just ordered a Dura-C yesterday so I'm just trying to get an idea of how long to expect. I know the site says 3 - 5 business days but it does sound like a lot (not most) of people have reported waiting a longer time than that.

i referred janty to a gf of mine and she ordered on the first- its now the 7th and still no notice of shipping or anything (she ordered a dura C starter kit and some juice).

my experience with janty has been good- although i've only ordered juice. i hope my friend gets her shipment soon, and complete. sad it seems janty is dropping the ball lately though with all these bad experiences shared recently :(

We like Kurt from Vaporguys, that's why. Order with him if you like, he is a good guy :)

Any good people can cooperate with us you know, BUT...we are picky

and no, JANTY is JANTY ok. We develop, design and manufacture. JOYE helps us out with some extra production that's all.

Ludo,

Just curious, but where do you manufacture, GB or the Usa?

JantyUSA to Canada is about 2 weeks delivery minimum.

Always comes thru in the end, but have learned myself to order way ahead of time.

Jeff has ALWAYS taken care of shortcomings with "extra's" to make up for the unexpected hassles.

Personally, I hope they get around to working on their website to show current inventory and rid themselves of their customer's frustrations, and incorporate an auto response order system, as that is obviously the most problematic issue they have.

Greg

Thanks for the info Ludo. It makes more sense now.
I just thought it was strange to see the Janty name on a relatively "generic" site. I guess I'll have to quit thinking that way now! :p

Did you get a e-mail from janty saying they have sent you a package?
