Mistakes happen. I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, this requires a bit of patience. So if things aren't eventually straightened out, then I'd be concerned. I know 2 weeks is a long time, but it leaves a good amount of leeway for processing and shipping. If things aren't sorted out by then, then I think it would be time to start posting on the forums if there was a breakdown in communication.

Best of luck!

I'm new to all of this I bought a Smoking Everywhere classic 2 weeks ago and I think I've been to the mall to replace everything I've bought at least 3x. I think that Smoking Everywhere is terrible. But my question is for Disman I just ordered a Kissbox Classic from Janty today, is it going to be quite a bit better then my Smoking Everywhere garbage? Also after reading a lot of the Janty forum stuff I was very hesitant about ordering from them but so far I ordered at 8am and it's already in the mail and on it's way. Very impressed with the service so far. Thanks for any help

After I complained about my problems with a recent Janty order, I feel I posted too quickly. I wanted to clarify that I have had a couple of mixed up orders from Janty, but they have always gone out of their way to make it right. This usually ends up being an advantage to me. I end up with extra stuff for free!
I don't know if I am correct on this, but previously we were told to email orders@jantyusa in all caps with problems. I have now noticed that if you contact them through the warranty&returns part on their website, the communication was much faster. This may be the way to communicate problems instead of going straight to the email address.
I have yet found the need buy any e-cig from a different company. I started with the Kissbox Classic and still love it. I received my Dura-C this week and really enjoy it. I don't know which I like better yet. I also have a Limited Edition Janty Stick preordered, and cannot wait for it to arrive!
Sometimes a little patience pays off in the end. My apologies to Janty for being pessimistic in a previous thread.

I may be spoiled by other suppliers, where items that show in stock really are! and when the site says once payment is received and processed I will receive tracing information, and I actually get it. So far with Janty USA, I put items in my cart that show in stock, I make the payment correctly and then get nothing back, I get a little worried. When I e-mailed (3X) I finally get a reply that it is back ordered will be here the next day and then I will get an e-mail with tracking details , still no tracking, I e-mail and no reply. Then I look here and I see the same item I ordered is delivered to others in the same timeframe as my order?? in stock or not?? I am trying to be optimistic, but I am frustrated by the process so far. I hope once I receive my order I will be able to come back and write my happy ending......

Wow, the question is for me?

Yes, you will be happy with the Kissbox. It's an excellent device. I love it. However, I have switched to the Dura-C because it is smaller and gives the same amount of vapor as the Kissbox. AND, it's cheaper.

But, don't feel ripped off. The Kissbox is an excellent device!

I see there are many different versions of the Janty website for a multitude of countries. This leaves me with a lot of questions.

What is the country that Janty is based out of?

Does Janty manufacture their own products?

Where are the products manufactured?

If the answers vary based upon the products I would like to know that too.

TIA

Here's what I got....

Janty creates their own designs in collaboration with JoyE
JoyE helps produce the product, which they leverage be creating the Janty Generics
Janty design is based in Asia (Not sure if Japan or China, I am suspecting Japan)
JoyE is based in China (Production)

In the end, I believe everything is *Made In China* but designed in Japan.

Of course, it can all be China...I haven't pin-pointed the design piece.

JantyUSA is a distributor, along with others. Here's how the supply chain would work....

Janty Designs Product
JoyE Produces it
JoyE chips to JantyUSA, and several others in the USA and UK
USA and UK distributors ship to their own countries and/or closest countries. I would imagine the USA distributor would ship to Mexico (if possible) while the UK distributor would ship to Europe (Germany, Austria, etc).

Basically, there are franchise opportunities for distributorship if Janty likes you. I'm thinking of joining myself....I'm in Arizona though. That may be too close to Texas, which is where JantyUSA is at.

Is the Warranty different in the USA at Vaporguys vs JantyShop. Could you answer that for me Ludo.
It seems you have a 3month warranty on Atomizers and 6 months on other parts. Vaporguys have a 14 day warranty only. Why is there a difference if you have someone in the USA helping you sell the Kissbox and Dura-C
