Hey Guys,

I placed an order for a Dura-C starter kit and an extra atomizer yesterday 5/14, I also sent the cash via paypal immediately after placing the order and placed my order #4497 in the email to recipient field in paypal. I also sent them a question regarding the order and whether or not they received the cash today and I have heard zero from Janty and the site still shows the order as processing after more than 24 hours ?? Is this normal?
Usually when something whether it be e-cig products or anything for that matter is ordered online its usually shipped by now, or at least packaged or something ? ? ?

If anyone can be of some assistance I would be grateful !!

You will get it, not to worry. They do not seem to operate in the same manor as other vendors. I went through the same thing being a newbie.
Jeff makes good on his word.

There is an info on the site there somewhere, that order state id bogus. So don't worry about the "processing" stuck on your order, it won't change.

If you really need to, just email them again. Make sure to put your order number in the email.

i ordered 3 times from JantyUSA and have all of them. They all still say processing so don't worry about that. Make sure to check your spam box too in your e-mail because that's where all my e-mails from Janty went and I was freaking out but they made good on my order and I got my orders really fast. But yeah, check that spam box

ENGRAVING PROCESS:
We are experiencing difficulties engraving from source files sent by customers: in other words, the LOW RES jpgs are problematic. The engraving result is very bad.

Engraving of only name and serial number is no problem, these sets will be engraved next week and sent to USA or EUROPE despatches with a projected delivery to clients on 22 May soonest - 27 May latest (depending on engraving company delivery of engraved sets).

Those who wanted a picture or logo engraved: we need .cdr formatted pics (corel draw- vectorized files) in black and white to be able to engrave correctly. If you are able to send us .cdr formatted file in black and white, pls do so and send to ludo@jantyshop.com and pls mention your order number.

If you are unable to send .cdr file, pls send us a high res pic of your original pic. We will have someone convert to .cdr: send to ludo@jantyshop.com and pls mention your order number. Alternatively you can ask us to print name and serial number only.

DELUXE BOX:
Deluxe box is almost ready, should the box not be ready before next week, you will receive the Limited Edition set first and the Deluxe Box will be sent later.

I have one concern. Being that I live in America and with all these recent FDA blockages at customs, I was wondering if the American supply of Janty Sticks are in America already or are they being shipped to JantyUSA and then distributed from there? I'm afraid if they aren't here already we'll never see them. Sorry if this was a repost.
