With all due respect, perhaps you should leave the updates to JantyMod. You seem to be overly optimistic and IMHO listening to you can lead to disappointment.
I made the mistake of actually believing you on the 18th when you posted to tell us all "The Stick has landed in the USA. Shipping to customers from tomorrow onwards."
Your time would probably be better served fixing the problems with the website. Like changing the "ATTENTION: DELIVERY TO CUSTOMERS ON 4 JUNE" message on the DuraC page to a more honest 'TENTATIVE SHIPPING DATE JUNE 4' message.
I told you I would lay back if you took a step to try to be more honest and accountable on your website. It is a disappointment that you were unable to do that.
If you insist on posting updates yourself, how about a little honest transparency in those updates. For instance, instead of telling us "They will be shipped this week" perhaps it would be a better idea to say something like 'we are awaiting delivery of a package that we have no control over and IF that package arrives this week we will immediately be shipping Sticks.'
That way when things fall apart, people are actually prepared for it.
To paraphrase someone else post that I tried to get posted in your forum...
You need to learn how to under promise and over deliver. You are currently over promising and under delivering. That can ONLY lead to disappointed customers that will not give you any further business.
