I feel your pain guys. I ordered a pcc for my 510 almost a week ago. (order #5133). Site claimed it was in stock. In stock orders are supposed to be processed and shipped w/in 4 days. It's been 6 and mine hasnt even been processed yet! Jeff emailed me thursday claiming that they had been out of stock and promised that mine would be shipped out that day. Guess what folks.... It's still processing I'm getting to the point where if janty doesnt throw in some nice compensation, I'm goin to request my money back and go to altsmoke, where your order ships in 72 hrs or its free. First rule of business: customer is always right. If the darned thing's outta stock, say so!

Jonathan, one of the things that Janty is working on is making changes to its website so that stock availability is reflected accurately. Another change will be for the website to reflect the actual status of your order. It is quite possible that your order has been sent . . . the website will list your order as "processing" forever.

This is a very new device, and the concept of adapters is something unique to the mods. I think some confusion is understandable.

As stated in our mails to the LE owners, there is only ONE store credit. This store credit covers everything. The deluxe boxes are not being reproduced.

NOPE. Guess they decide that the 25 dollar credit for the failed engraving will just have to encompass the missing Deluxe Box as well.

Were ALL the boxes destroyed in the shipment? I would like to see a picture of what we ALMOST got to have. What about the UK people? Did they get the box? Jeff said the shipment to JantyUSA was damaged, I assume the box to the UK was fine.

We didnt have the LE option in the UK, JantyEurope in Holland had them I understand but I haven't seen a pic of one. There was talk about the box being available as an extra in future but this sounds unlikely now.

Well then what they said does not ring true, or perhaps I misread the post.
I thought Jeff said that the shipment they received at Ft Worth was damaged and he made the decision to ship the LE sticks rather than wait for new boxes. Hmmmmm

I have BE112 attys that I'm using with my JS. They seem to run a lot hotter than the Janty attys.

I have to drip and use a topped off cart to keep from getting the burning taste. I have to drip every 3-4 pulls.

Has any one else experienced this?
