Hope you have a wonderful Christmas as well Fran! We usually put our tree up sometime in the next week or so. But we did the Black Friday Sale shopping today (which I have never done) and the ecperience sucked all the joy out of the holiday. I think I have to take a bit to recoup and then I'll think about a tree!

Hey I did Black Friday with my daughter. It wasen't bad at all and I did quite well. The joys of a smaller(1 story) NH Mall. Wal-Mart,Target,Bed,Bath +Beyond and LL Bean weren't bad either.
Thinking about getting the tree up now.

I've only just begun to THINK about when I might go get our tree. I usually don't put mine up until the second weekend in December. We get a real tree. Comes down on the first of Jan!

Ok, I have to agree w/you Buzz ... I don't even want to think about Xmas until next week, when it actually becomes December ... By then the leftovers from Thanksgiving will be all gone, and then I can start working on the next holiday .. But that's just me!!!

It's nice to see ppl getting in the "xmas spirit" tho

I used to go all out with the big tree and decorations, but in the last few years I've scaled way back. Now just a small tabletop tree is nice enough for me. I still have the Spirit in my heart tho

We have yard decorations up, and lights on the house, that sort of thing. But we haven't done any decorating inside yet. I expect we'll put up a tree next weekend.

I hear ya Bov. I used to do a big tree also but now I pull mine out of the box, fluff the limbs, plug it in, and watch the cats attack it. Hey...the cats get to enjoy Christmas too ya know!
