Mesh sheet sizing?????

I want to throw this question out to the mesh users. What would be your preferred size sheet of mesh when purchasing? With the larger wicks being made, some of the sizes are "pushing it" and I thought I'd ask if there would be a size that would make everyone happy. Please feel free to let us know what you think. We want you to be happy with the products Stormy carries and she is willing to try and accommodate if possible. One problem is shipping so the mesh arrives in good condition. I know she is looking for stout envelopes or perhaps a custom envelope if the price if not prohibitive. We all hate getting a nice new sheet of mesh only to find one corner with a big crease. Please let us know what you would like to see available........ Thanks very much

I get the 4x6 mesh in 400 grade and it arrives to me fine. I roll 1.5 x 3 inch wicks .
6x6 size would leave no leftover but hey i cannot be special as we all make different size wicks for different applications. ; )

Wasted mesh was one of the things Stormy and I had talked about. But coming up with one size that would give minimal waste will be a toughie considering all the different types of wicks being rolled. I'm sure Stormy is watching this and will do whatever she can to accommodate. I know it is a PITA to cut the mesh from the bulk rolls, and I would imagine perhaps a few different sizes could be made available, but not custom sizes. That would be time prohibitive and most likely generate quite a bit of waste for her. I have to keep reminding myself that she also has waste when she makes up her mesh for sale and if she can minimize it all the better for her.
