Thank you for saving me from myself, Mr.Mann. ;)
In this vendor's case I saw exactly what I expected to see, no big deal. The big deal is that for some time he has had a standing offer out there welcoming visitors.
I'll return with a link for those interested within a day or two.

No worries! Thanks Snork for taking him up on that offer. I wish I could see vendors places of operation. As a matter of fact, I think I will check into a vendor that I am very interested in that happens to be near. Hopefully I will be able to see something.

Two ECF members, Racehorse and Muldemar have recently sparked a burning desire to start this thread based on their comments regarding customer service. Also, because I have recently had truly informative, detailed, and friendly conversations with Andrea at The Plume Room, Nick at GoodeJuice, and Wlad at Ahlusion. All three vendors are quite transparent about what it is that they're doing and willing to inform, educate, and assist with any questions or concerns. Lastly, I want to start this thread because vendors most definitely read our comments in General e-liquid discussion.

- I would like this thread to be suggestions to e-liquid vendors about what we, the money, would like to see.

- I ask that this thread remain professional, adult, (mostly) serious and not about flavor suggestions.

- I will start it off..

To vendors: I would like to see a picture or some type of visual cue as to where your e-liquid is being mixed. I am not asking to know the secrets to the bat-cave, but I would like to know that there is a bat-cave, and not just a living-room.

Original Post.

This exactly. Please keep this thread on topic everyone. This thread should not be used to negatively discuss specific vendors/suppliers.

After having read through the thread I have a couple things I would love to see added as well.

1) If you use coloring in your juice please tell us, many people have allergies to red dyes.

2) While I do understand branding, please understand some of us can't see the broad side of a barn anymore, and so while those tiny black letters on that silver label may look pretty, they look like nothing more than dots to some of us. So maybe offer an option of a printed sheet of paper with color dots on it and the bottom of the bottle so we know what flavor is what.

Your #1 is fantastic. I, for one, am not into lime green, hot pink, sky blue (actually that might be cool) liquids. Even if the flavor is on point, I would like to know that what I am buying does not contain superfluous ingredients. Plus, I feel if you need to trick my eyes into tricking my brain into a flavors authenticity, the flavor is probably lacking something.

p.s. Thanks for reading the thread and offering something original and relevant.

You're welcome, while food coloring isn't a problem for me as far as allergies go, I do have to wonder about it. I got some new juices in the other day, and yeah I know I should let them steep but I was wanting to try them. So I cleaned my vivi nova put on a new coil, filled it with a juice that had red food coloring added to it. After about 5 minutes I noticed the color was lessening, seems the color was wicking faster than the juice on the cotton wick.

After about 30 minutes there was no coloring left in the tank.

That is worth a concern.

That's creepy, Nancy. And an awesome observation.

I understand that people like their juice to look bright or dark or just plain different, but I see no need at all to add coloring to the juice to get there. If a juice chef has a necessary ingredient that makes their juice bright green or red, then it's okay with me. But please don't add anything extra, guys, as that stuff is going into the lungs of some folks.

Sorry not trying to scare anyone, normally I DIY so I don't have coloring in my juices so it was strange to me.
Exactly! :) You make juice to vape, not to look pretty or weird in a tank. So do I. I wonder if any DIYers out there add extraneous ingredients to their mixes to change the color of their juices. I seriously doubt it.

When a juice is clear as water and has a strong or distinct taste, it's interesting. When a juice is dark and has a strong or distinct taste, it's interesting. The commonality is taste. But I'm preaching to the choir, here. ;)

This thread is very informative! I didn't realize there were so many issues surrounding vendors and their products. I have been very fortunate in this area because I've never had an unpleasant dealing or problems with ANY vendor, and I've bought from quite a few over the years.

I do agree with the complaints about juice shortages/out of stock problems. It is irritating when vendors have difficulty keeping enough product in stock, especially when you're talking about the signature juices that made them so sought-after in the first place. I think it's safe to assume that the number of vapers is increasing demand faster than anyone could have reasonably expected. Add to that accelerated orders thanks to the kudos they may be getting here on ECF and it's not difficult to see how they could have difficulty keeping up, and how they could run out of product. It's a dilemma.

This could quite possibly be the best thread I've read on the ECF to date. I just hope all the suppliers take note. What I come away with is we all want to know more about what we are putting into our bodies and rightfully so! Almost every other post contains "Better Labeling" "Better Description" and so not to be redundant I will just add this. All of you suppliers should take note of this thread! None of us, you the supplier, or us the customers, want the FDA to stick it's BIG FAT nose in our business because it will only make it more expensive. I'm sure somewhere in a back room in Washington they are already making a list of regulations for the industry and I bet LABELING will be at the top of the list so why not beat them to the punch. Regulation will certainly make the number of suppliers shrink for one reason or another so don't let something as simple as poor communication be the demise of your business!

What I would like to see is from vendors is a rating system (ie 1-5, low to high, etc) for juices. Throat hit, vapor production, viscosity at each nic level. There should also be a user input for users to rate the same information and average it so we can compare advertised listing to user listing. I know everyone's tastes are different and all of our equipment is different, but at least it will give us all a base to go by so we know if we even want to try it.

As for samples, my last order came with 2 of them and liked them both. I think sending 3ml samples is great from a consumers prospective, but I think vendors should realize how much more juice they might sell if they send sample to try. That being said the other thing they can do is offer a sample pack. For example 20 or so 3ml random samples (vendors flavour choices) at a very reduced price or available at cost if you order X amount.

And Last of all more size options is always nice.
