no one will be forgotten, we stood firm and did not falter, some of you might be mad because it did take really long and thats understandable but as i promised, i waited for the metal heads and did not give excuses and force plastic heads on anyone, this was a huge blunder by the vision company and it did take long but we made you all a promise and they are now in and will be shipping them out to everyone who made a ticket and will make another announcement so all people with head issues are handled promptly.
Gotvapes is a very well know company now, we have grown by leaps and bounds and are making some extremely huge moves in the next few weeks, this isnt talk, this is fact, many things are getting re-hauled in how we run our business, this was in the works for the last 5 months and I promise you all, the changes will be noticeable , we are growing beyond our capacity as a 2 man team, we are servicing the world and since Gotvapes is accepted as one of the big boys around here we intend to meet that challenge.
Products will go Under much more intensive testing, More products will be released, Shipping and orders will be done more efficiently and other aspects of our business will improve because of our new plans as we move forward.
We owe this to all of you, all of our customers, The whole ecf community, the youtube community. Without your support we would never be the powerhouse we are now.
I make this promise to you all, Gotvapes will drop massive bombs on you and continue to stay ahead and push forward with the latest vaping products and stay ahead of the pack with New gear as we have been doing since we opened.
Gotvapes has many exclusive products coming out in the next month which are made specifically for us by us so get ready.

I've never been much of a brand/company loyalist but I must say for my vape epuip GV has 99.9% of my loyalty quickly finishing off that .1%.
you dont have to be brand loyal with us, we just want you to be part of the family, that means more to us then anything else.
Yes I do, that way I only have 1 or 2 people to scream at or send hate mail to when stuff ain't right
But 4 reals, you guys are doing great things, I've been with ya for 11 months now and never had a problem with products or service. I have ordered from other places that have cheaper prices before but service was lacking. I like the piece of mind knowing that GV will try and assist with any problems I have. You guys have responded to every post and PM that I have sent from day 1 and IMHO it's worth the extra buck or 2 you may charge. So with that said I look forward to do more business with GV.
Ok--we got labels printed and things prepped for the Tox Head replacements, Chris will be putting them in the mail today...there are three foreigns which I will do on Monday...
Any news on buying the Tox head by itself for people that bought defective Tox kits from other suppliers?
So, if labels are printed and I didn't receive a notice like I would with every other order when it is processed, Am I safe in assuming I either got missed or looked over.
And if that is the case what do I have to do now?
if you didnt receive a notice, make a ticket now and ill have daniel handle it, we did everyone on the list except 3 international people , so just in case your not on the list make a ticket and youll be made handled coyote
