metallic taste with evob bcc

Hi guys,
Ive been vapin for 3 weeks now and also 3weeks off the ciggies.
The question I have is about a week ago I got and ego twist with a evod bcc which was working really well up til yesterday when I started getting a really metal taste when I vape and it stays in my mouth for hours.
So I thought id give it a good clean so cleaned it out with hot water and dry burnt the coil off etc etc which fixed the problem for about an hour but now its back again just as bad if not worse.
Ive tried the same juice in my 510 small bcc and its fine but the evod bcc is metal.
Any advise

Time for a new coil FL1P51DE - three weeks sounds about right with regular cleaning. You can only do so much with these little atomizers, I mean if you wanted you could buy wick and wire and rewrap them - but you can get EVOD heads for about US$1.50 (I think fasttech carry them too)

I suppose you could try soaking it in alcohol for a few hours, maybe a boil in some water - try another dry burn and rinse, but honestly, I think its just time for it to head into the great vape trash can in the sky. (it's over-flowing with paper towel and Q-tips by the way)
