No kudos for me, the original idea behind the analogy came from someone else and I just added the words to the pic. I remember reading it about a month ago (although I'm sure the wording was different), and it really clicked with me so I decided to share.
Thou hadst a voice whose sound was like the sea
You had a Provari whose sound was like a breeze
For example lol.. (Not Shakespeare btw)
Damn Kookycole, I don't know where you got that one from, but I hadn't heard it before. I just can't get it out of my head...this is really the strongest simile, metaphor, or analogy, period!
Simile: Gas station and mall ecigs are like the tourist shops when you go on vacation; it's generally the first thing most people see and buy from, but the overall quality and craftsmanship of the products get better the further you go in!
Anyone can remix or piggyback this is you want; I am having a time with it trying to get it to have that punch. I know the perfect comparison is there, but like I said before...I am starting to get intimidated. LMAO
I think it was a user comment on one of those articles that warn about the dangers of e-cigarettes. I tried to find it again so that I could give credit to the creator, but I couldn't. So if anyone else recognizes it and the original post, let me know. It was in more of a story format, I'll try to paraphrase from what I remember of it:
“Imagine that you are in a burning building, surrounded by flames. You make your way to the only exit, but there is a man from the government standing there and blocking your way. He says that this fire exit was newly built and hasn’t had the chance to be inspected, so it might not be safe for you to use. Therefore, you would have to take your chance with the fire.”
