Are they really wood? also how do they match up against the Xhaler? Do they work well aka as good or better than the Xhaler?

i Guess no one knows =/ heh... Im 99% sure it is wood... and I guess I will do my own Review on this mod since i have spent hours looking for one and i can not find one =*(
I think this model is too new so not a lot of folks can answer the questions. Sorry, haven't tried one yet and it appears they're still in production on Drew's site.
I can say years ago I used to play pool with a Meucci cue too. I held on to that cue for decades before I gifted to a friend and it held up through a lot of play, still looked great. The pool cues are quite famous made with wood from their own saw mill.
I would expect this mod will be a very high quality piece. Can't wait to see some reviews.

Not a problem! I did buy the original Xhaler when it was released and sister uses too. The Xhaler is a great device, functions very well. I'd expect nothing less from the Meucci when it comes out...I'm sure it will not only work great but be a beauty to look at too

They are the same stock as the cues, just cut shorter obviously. Meucci has them right on their home page Meucci Cues - Pool Cues - Billiards - Cue Shafts. As a fan of billiards if I wasn't on a 'juice fed mod' kick I would absolutely buy one of these. Imagine stepping into a pool hall with a Meucci Cue and one of these PVs

Bob Meuci has been doing some redesigning of the actual mechanics of this device...I am trying to be patient because I wouldnt want to release a sub par device...The meucci crew has an eye for quality so I really have to let them lead the way with the development of the device...I have 2 of the prototypes and they are solid great looking devices...They work perfectly everytime....The redesign has to do with ease of manufacturing and size....Thanks
