Warranty isnt an issue for me... But be warned I'm sure would void any warranties you have with this mod
8-o. That said here is what I have Done.
Sick of cleaning the switch mechanism due to corrosion?
I have put a layer of solder over the brass tip of the button/switch where it contacts the body inside the Xhaler when depressed. Yes it has reduced the button "travel" but I actually find this bonus. Since doing this simple mod I havent had to clean my Xhaler in over a month and it is working as good as ever.
Also for those outside the US who can't get ox-gard etc... I have found using Carbon Conductive Grease works well on all threads.
Please note though, I'm pretty sure soldering anything on your Xhaler will void warranties.
